Toronto, Canada: Evg. Finu traveled to Lakeland, Florida (a 45 min drive from Orlando) from the 17 - 21 of February. He had been invited to speak at the Central Florida Christian Fellowship convention. (CF)2 which was birthed only a few months ago is a vibrant ministry focusin on the young people in the Orlando/Tampa area. Bro. Finu's mentor, Rev. Dr. John McDonald accompanied him on this trip.
Speaking at the night services on the 17th & 18th, Bro. Finu saw the word of God go forth and do His work. The altars were lined with young people who sought the face of God with much weeping, as they poured out their heart's desire to serve him with everything they had. The messgaes, 'DEATH SENTENCE' & 'MOTIVATIONS' were delivered, challenging God's people to be willing to die to self for the sake of the gospel and to be real and transparent as christians.
On Sunday Bro. Finu preached at Zion Worship Center, Brandon in both their services. Again the power and presence of the Lord was evident, as the people of God were encouraged to step out in faith. Dr. John also preached at another church on Sunday.
The times of fellowship with the brethren there was said to be warm and refreshing. The Lord is definitely stirring a desire in the hearts of His people for more of Him.
May the Lord do his perfect work in the lives of his saints.
