MISSIONAL CHURCH BLUEPRINT
THE MISSIONAL CHURCH BLUEPRINT (MCB) PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO WORK WITHIN THE LOCAL CHURCH DEVELOPING THEM INTO MISSIONAL CHURCHES FULFILLING GOD’S MANDATE TO US AS BELIEVER.
WE WORK WITH CHURCHES OVER A SPAN OF TWO YEARS, STRATEGICALLY DEVELOPING THE CHURCH AND THE COMMUNITY THEY ARE IN. OUR CHURCH ASSOCIATES WORK WITH THE CHURCHES INDIVIDUALLY, IMPLEMENTING TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR THEIR LEADERSHIP, EQUIPPING THEIR CONGREGATION AND PROVIDING PASTORAL COACHING SESSIONS ALL FOCUSED TOWARD A COMMUNITY OF GOD’S PEOPLE THAT DEFINES ITSELF, AND ORGANIZES ITS LIFE AROUND, ITS REAL PURPOSE OF BEING AN AGENT OF GOD’S MISSION TO THE WORLD.
THE 3 PHASES OF MCB
IN OUR FIRST PHASE, CHANGE MANAGEMENT PHASE, WE UTILIZE KEY ASSESSMENT TOOLS ALONG WITH ONE ON ONE COACHING TIMES WITH THE PASTOR AND LEADERS TO ASSESS WHERE THE CHURCH AND LEADERSHIP ARE CURRENTLY FUNCTIONING. THIS PHASE WILL BE THREE MONTHS IN LENGTH. A CHANGE MANAGEMENT PLAN IS UTILIZED IN THE INITIAL PHASE BECAUSE MANAGING CHANGE EFFECTIVELY IS FOUNDATIONAL TO MEETING KEY OBJECTIVES AND GOALS, AND ASSIST WITH CREATING UNITY WITHIN YOUR TEAM AND LEADERS WHILE IMPLEMENTING THE CHANGES. PEOPLE ARE MORE SUCCESSFUL AND MORE LIKELY TO INVEST INTO CHANGE WHEN IT IS MANAGED WELL.
In phase two (year 1), the next 4 months is devoted to training and developing the Pastor, leaders and the church as a whole. It is set up into five levels of training

L4 Job Role Training
Church Wide Training
The last five months we begin to implement everything that was indicated in the change management plan, and the areas that were trained and developed.
There will be actions implemented in all keys areas, discipleship, outreach, ministry teams and Sunday Services.
